| This association shall be known as the ETOBICOKE BASEBALL ASSOCIATION (E.B.A.)
OBJECTIVES
To foster, promote and monitor amateur baseball in the former City of Etobicoke in cooperation with the member leagues.
To operate, in recognized playing series, a league of teams formed from member leagues.
To protect the mutual interest of the member leagues and their individual teams playing under the E.B.A. sanction.
